Celebrating the essence of womanhood is a joyous experience. But, isn't womanhood just about being a woman?

For some, womanhood is linked to their biology and to traditional gender roles. For others, womanhood is an identity they claim, carve and define for themselves. Womanhood is a deeply, transpersonal experience which belongs to every person who claims it as part of their identity.

To truly embrace womanhood, is to break free from traditional narratives. It is fluid, expansive and inclusive of races, identities and orientations.

Do not live someone else's life and someone else's idea of what womanhood is. Womanhood is you! Viola Davis

Womanhood is found in the stories we share, the love we give and the lives we touch. it is an evolving, emboldening journey of innate strength mingled with yielding softness. It is nurturing, supportive and caring. Peace, equity and equality play an important part too in cultivating the spirit of womanhood.

Celebrating the essence of womanhood comes from recognising and respecting identity. For some, just living as their authentic self can be a challenge. Truly celebrating womanhood recognises cis, trans, queer, non-binary femme all sharing the right to celebrate the essence of what their womanhood means to them.

Sadly there are people who will stay stuck in outdated thinking, but surely we can enjoy a richer life if we explore this with an open mind?

  • I loved doing the Breakthrough Day with Jules. She has such warmth and compassion and openness and understanding. I think the thing that really blew me away was the Time Line Therapy. Instead of carrying all that baggage you came in with, you feel physically, tangibly LIGHTER. It's gone! You don't have to carry it around any more.

  • After just a few sessions I had a good understanding of the how and why I had been feeling and acting the way I did. I learned techniques which I can now use in a variety of different situations. I have had a few internet catch ups to reinforce my new freedom of thought and can honestly say I feel unstuck now.

    Simply life changing!
