About me
A quieter way of working
Progress doesn't come from pushing harder but from pausing long enough to listen
I'm Jules
I work with women who sense that something is shifting, even if they can't put words to it. yet. My approach is gentle, unhurried and grounded in lived experience and professional training.
I don't offer quick fixes, just a calm, steady space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what feels true for you.
Where midlife becomes a time to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself
Saging not aging
Midlife is often spoken about as something to manage or get through.
In my experience, it's a powerful turning point and one that asks for more honesty and self trust, not more effort.
By this stage of life many women have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations and holding things together. Somewhere along the way their own needs can become quieter and harder to hear.
It's often the point where we question who we are, what matters now and how we want to live the next chapter of our lives.
Why I work with midlife women
Midlife is a powerful threshold
Midlife is often the point where we begin to question who we are, what matters now and how we want to live the next chapter of our lives.
It can also be a time where roles shift, energy changes and familiar ways of being you, no longer fit with as they once did. Confidence can wobble and priorities can blur.
Many women find themselves questioning purpose, direction or identity.
They can feel unseen, unheard or overwhelmed.
My role is to support you, as you make sense of what's changing, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward with greater ease and self trust.I work with midlife women because this stage deserves gentleness, not pressure.
This stage of life deserves understanding, not judgement. It's a time for honesty, reflection and reconnection.
The moments of self doubt are often signs that something important is asking for attention,
