A considered approach built over many years

Experience, instinct and professional depth

Before this work, I spent more than 20 years in leadership, including running a multi million pound sales team. Understanding people, making difficult decisions and navigating change were part of my everyday world, long before I trained professionally in this field.

Today, I draw on extensive training in coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and therapeutic approaches, alongside the perspective that comes from decades of working with people and living a full life of my own.

I deliberately work with a small number of private clients, giving each person and each piece of work the time, thought and attention it deserves.

The result is a way of working that is personal, thoughtful and shaped around you

I have always been interested in what makes us who we are

A naturally curious person

People fascinate me. The stories we tell ourselves, the meaning we attach to experiences and the surprising ways something from years ago can still influence how we live today.

That curiosity sits at the heart of my work. I rarely take the first answer as the whole answer.

Because none of us is only what we do

Life beyond my work

I've travelled extensively, often well beyond the usual tourist trail and, with family around the world, curiosity and adventure have always been part of my life.

Home is now the Dorset countryside, where I live with my husband in the eco-conscious house we've renovated ourselves.

Two years ago, I chose an alcohol free life. It's another reminder that we don't need a crisis to question something we've always done or choose what feels better now.

Perhaps that's why I remain so interested and invested in the possibility of change, at every stage of life.

Experience hasn't made me less curious

I'm still learning

My professional training is extensive, but I don't consider learning something that ends with another qualification.

I continue to explore ideas about how we think, change and make meaning from our experiences, bringing what is useful into my work without chasing every new technique.

For me, good practice means remaining curious, thoughtful and always open to discovering something new.

Client testimonials

  • I finally feel ready to look after myself, put myself on the priority list, to be the best version of myself that I can be and that is certainly thanks to life coaching from the fabulous Jules

  • I loved doing the Breakthrough Day with Jules. She has such warmth and compassion and openness and understanding. I think the thing that really blew me away was the Time Line Therapy. Instead of carrying all that baggage you came in with, you feel physically, tangibly LIGHTER. It's gone! You don't have to carry it around any more.

Thanks to Jules I had direction and clarity on my values when I really needed it the most and a pocket champion
