The business stuff

Please note that session payment should have cleared prior to your appointment. I may with mutual consent charge for travel costs if you need me to come to you. Any additional charges I make are reasonable and transparent.

For overseas clients, payments are made through bank transfer or bankers draft.

Due to the popularity of my sessions and in order to protect my valued clientele please note that cancellation of any session with less than 48 hours of notice will incur 50% of the session fee being withheld. Cancellation of any session with less than 24 hours of notice will incur the full 100% session fee being withheld.

I reserve the right to make a decision into clients postponing a booked appointment on an individual basis.

If for any unavoidable reason I cannot see a client I will refund the full cost of the session (pro rata) and aim to rebook at a mutually suitable time.


The success of any session is dependent on commitment from me, your coach to provide the best possible service that I can. It also depends on you, my client attending the session on time and being committed to following any action plan and recommendations set out by me, your coach.

I will serve you at all times with honesty, discretion, dignity and respect. I will expect the same from you. Together we will build a relationship built upon trust in which you can express yourself free from judgment and criticism. If at any time I feel the relationship is becoming unhelpful to you then I will terminate it with consideration of refund if appropriate and at my sole discretion.

Hypnosis clients can vary in susceptibility and this will be assessed at the session outset. It is very much a two-way experience and needs us both to commit to helping you achieve the changes you wish for.
