Having gone through significant changes in a short space of time, I found myself feeling overwhelmed and directionless. Coupled with a partner in the army that was fast taking over, I felt I was losing purpose and my own sense of identity. Eventually, after a lot of tears and a build up of unrelenting resentment I realised I needed to find some kind of support that would arm me with the necessary skills to cope with the struggles I was facing.
Thankfully I came across Jules online, her techniques and style really suited my personality. I didn’t want airy fairy; I needed what I have now discovered to be NLP. I needed structure to a cognitive thinking process and an understanding of how to properly analyse my feelings and what to do about them.
Having completed a package of sessions with Jules, I feel a lot more confident moving forward. I know now where to focus my efforts, what elements need editing and what negative thoughts to dispel. Jules creates a relaxed and calming environment where you can talk freely and openly knowing you’re in a safe place. It’s a great comfort knowing I can call upon Jules if I’m ever in need of a steady hand.
